At LAGOM, we know all about the challenges of AI. We help organizations introduce AI in a way that is both pleasant and understandable. This starts with introducing AI to boards and management teams.
We understand that this technology can be intimidating, and our goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible. We do this with AI inspiration sessions, designed to inform teams in all types of companies about the basic principles of AI, as well as potential applications and challenges.

AI is human work.
With a 20-year track record in marketing, branding and building dynamic teams, I proudly fulfill the role of AI expert at Lagom. My experience includes shaping brand identities and navigating complex markets, as well as building and strengthening teams that contribute to a growing organization. I trained at the AI Academy of Brightlands Venlo and Heerlen.
My research and training in AI technology allows me to convert this from opportunity to result. Within Lagom I guide organizations through an AI transformation, towards strong teams and goal-oriented strategies. After the initial introduction and initial strategy development, I can remain involved as an independent partner in guiding AI development, other digitalization and automation, data science, and team coaching on specific parts within AI. I activate by inspiring and share knowledge to make an impact.
